Cosmetic Condition: Super cool vintage vibe in a beautiful natural finish. This guitar came out of an 80-piece private collection that we just recently acquired. It delivers great tone & sports a gorgeous look, with lots of nice birdseye figuring in the neck. Cosmetically the guitar is in great shape for its age, with minor nicks & dings; some finish chips in the top of the headstock; surface scratches & mild finish checking. It has been professionally set up by us with fresh strings & low action, so it's a dynamite player! A true gem & a must have for anyone into vintage Strats!
Neck: Very comfortable maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. Original frets are in great shape with very little wear. Large headstock with bullet truss rod & double string trees. The headstock shows off some beautiful birdseye figuring. The guitar had different tuners on it at one time as evidenced by the extra screw holes & the current F tuners are newer replacements. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body in natural finish with some pretty figuring in the grain. 3-ply white pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Hardtail bridge with adjustable saddles. Original bridge cover included. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 13.5 oz.
Pickups: Original gray bottom single coils. Bridge - 5.77K ohms; Middle - 5.55K ohms; Neck - 5.76K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with original 3-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
