What makes this mandolin special: 100% original & in superb condition for its age. These old Harmony H-35s were very popular with touring musicians due to the amazing tone of the DeArmond pickup. This particular model has been professionally set up by Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds marvelous!
Cosmetic Condition: Super clean & like new with only a few minor nicks & dings. There is a very tiny crack near the treble-side F-hole, but it is purely cosmetic & hardly noticeable.
Neck: Maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Brass frets in great shape with hardly any wear. 3-ply, black headstock overlay with white Harmony logo. Chrome strip tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 3/16" nut width; 14" scale length.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body in sunburst finish. Compensated, floating rosewood bridge & 3-ply black pickguard. Mandolin weighs 2 lbs 12 oz.
Pickup: DeArmond "gold foil" single coil with large black bezel. Master volume & tone controls with black "lamp shade" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original chipboard case included.
