What makes this bass special: 100% original & in perfect playing condition with a cool vintage vibe. Smooth playing neck & dynamic tone from the double pickups with 4-way rotary selector. Professionally set up by our luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic.
Cosmetic Condition: Typical play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, buckle rash & some finish wear. Some letters are scratched into the front of the headstock just below the Gibson logo, but overall the bass looks great with a nice patina.
Neck: V-shaped maple neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show very little wear & have plenty of life in them. Tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 34 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is functioning.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body in walnut finish. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddle with original bridge cover. 4-ply small black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Bass weighs an even 10 lbs.
Pickups: Full size neck humbucker & mini bridge humbucker, both with embossed covers & black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs & 4-way rotary switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage Gibson hardshell case included.
