Description
What makes this guitar special: Made for only a short period of time between '65 & '71, this one is the last year of production. She's got some road wear, but still shows off lots of charm & character. Comes with a pro set up from Cream City Music, with fresh strings & low action so it plays great!
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of wear & tear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, heavy weather checking & finish wear. There's about a 5" long crack in the top that was professionally repaired quite some time ago. The crack is stable with no movement & does not affect playability. Overall the guitar has cool vintage vibe with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Headstock logos are in great shape with no parts missing. "F" tuners with cream buttons are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid spruce top with ivoroid binding. Rosewood bridge with pearloid dot inlays. 4-ply gold pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Mahogany back & sides. 15" lower bout width; 11" upper bout width; 4" depth. There is no pickup. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 9.6 oz.
Case: Vintage chipboard case included.
