Description
What makes this guitar special: An interesting '70s thin line hollow body made in Japan, featuring an all mahogany body with double humbuckers & four sliders for pickup controls instead of the more convention knobs. Warm, rich tones with a sweet acoustic resonance. Professionally set up & ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Really great shape for its age - various minor nicks, dents & dings along with mild surface scratches. There are a couple of very minuscule stress cracks in the top of the body on either side of where the base of the neck meets the body. These are purely superficial & do not affect playability or sound quality. Overall the guitar has a cool, vintage vibe & is really nice player.
Neck: Slender profile, bolt-on laminated neck. Rosewood fingerboard with 3-ply binding & mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Small frets are in great shape with no wear. Gold, sealed-back tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width with zero fret; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, hollow mahogany body with bound F-hole. 6-ply top binding & single-ply back binding. Tremolo tailpiece with gold hardware. Six-saddle adjustable bridge on a pinned rosewood base. 3-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 13.6 oz.
Pickups: Dual humbuckers with black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with sliders instead of knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Padded gig bag included.
