What’s special about this banjo: This is a great sounding, well-made Epiphone 5-string banjo with very comfortable playability. Features include a wood pot with a single metal coordinator rod and angled tone ring, double-bound mahogany resonator and a super comfortable 5-string mahogany neck. This banjo offers some great build and design features resulting in a great sounding 5-string banjo for a highly affordable price!
Condition: Very good shape overall! There are various minor surface scratches, some small nicks and dings throughout the instrument with some blemishing on the metal parts. There are a couple of larger chips on the resonator. The fingerboard and frets show only light play wear with plenty of life left in them and the truss rod functions perfectly. All parts are in perfect working condition. There are marks on the head designating where the bridge should go.
Body: 11” diameter head with 24 lugs on a chrome tension hoop. Chrome arm rest, tailpiece and one-piece flange. Wood pot with a single metal coordinator rod, angled tone ring and a double-bound mahogany resonator.
Neck: Super comfortable and very nicely rounded mahogany 5-string neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid diamond inlays and a 1 3/16” nut. Nickel machine wuners with ivoroid buttons, 26 ¼” scale length.

Case: Includes a vintage hardshell case.
