Description: 1964 Fender Jazzmaster electric guitar. The body & headstock were refinished quite some time ago in sea foam green. Here's a great opportunity to own a true vintage, pre-CBS Fender in a stunning custom color.
Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, finish wear & weather checking. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Maple neck with dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & clay dot inlays. Original frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck date is 4 NOV 63 B. Serial number on neck plate is L38866 & dates to '64.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body with tremolo tailpiece & adjustable bridge. Bridge cover is missing. Original 4-ply tortoise-style pickguard - slightly warped in some areas, but no cracks.
Pickups: Original Jazzmaster single coils with master volume & tone controls; 3-way toggle switch. Pickups & pots date to '64. All electronics are original & in good working condition.
Case: Original white hardshell case included along with trem arm. One of the latches on the case is missing.
