Cosmetic Condition: Used, but no abused with typical wear for its age - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light play wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Chunky maple neck with stained fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. There's some light pitting in the fretboard of the first few frets, but nothing that affects playability. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Silvertone silkscreen headstock logo in white. Open-back strip tuners with ivoroid buttons in perfect working condition. 1 3/4" nut width; 24 1/4" scale length.
Body: Double-bound, single cutaway hollowbody with trapeze tailpiece & simple wooden bridge. Single-ply pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Stamp inside the body dates the guitar to Summer 1962. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 14.6 oz.
Pickups: Single coil pickups with dual volume & tone "cupcake" knobs. 3-way selector switch with black "top hat" tip. Pots date to '61 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original chipboard case included.
