Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a beautiful sounding ES-125T and it is super comfortable to play! The P-90 pickup sounds great with the hollow body and the tone control is highly usable! This is the kind of guitar that you pick up and it inspires you to play.
Condition: This guitar is in great shape for its age! There are various light surface scratches, a few tiny nicks, dings, dents or chips and consistent weather checking throughout the finish. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and tons of life left in them. When we received this guitar there was a very small gap at the neck heel. Our master luthier was able to fix this making the repair virtually invisible. The neck has a slight hint of relief but is mostly straight and extremely comfortable to play. The truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double bound body with a maple top in sunburst finish, mahogany sides and a maple back. Trapeze tailpiece, height-adjustable compensated rosewood bridge, skirted control knobs with silver inserts, dual F-holes and a tortoise pickguard.
Neck: Nicely rounded slender mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Three-on-a-strip nickel tuners with ivoroid buttons, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-coil P-90 in the neck with master volume and tone controls. 7.69K Ohms.
Weight: 5lbs, 3.3oz.
Case: Includes a vintage chipboard case.
