Cosmetic Condition: Used, but no abused with typical wear for a guitar of its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & finish wear. No cracks, breaks or repairs.
Neck: Wide mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Three-on-a-strip tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, solid mahogany body. Tremolo tailpiece & wrap-around bridge with nickel hardware. Single-ply black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks & the Melody Maker logo is very clear. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 13.3 oz.
Pickup: Single coil bridge pickup - 7.16K ohms. Master volume & tone controls - gold "top hat" knobs with silver inserts. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included. Case appears to be '70s Japanese.
