Description
What makes this guitar special: A very stylish thin line hollow body with well-crafted tortoise accoutrements throughout the guitar. An excellent player with a natural acoustic resonance & rich, vibrant tone. Professionally set up by our luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused with typical play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some weather checking throughout.
Neck: Slender profile, bolt-on maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard with 3-ply tortoise binding & mother of pearl block inlays. Small frets are in great shape with hardly any wear & plenty of life in them. 3-ply tortoise headstock overlay with mother of pearl Kent & floral inlay. Unoriginal Gibson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width with zero fret; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, hollow body with tortoise-bound dual F-holes. Abalone Kent logo in the upper, bass-side of the body. Kent-engraved tremolo tailpiece with six-saddle adjustable roller bridge on a rosewood base. 3-ply tortoise pickguard & bezels. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.5 oz.
Pickups: Dual single coils with Kent logo over the clear plastic covers. Dual volume & tone controls with cream & gold "witch hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch & what seems to be a boost switch, although it really doesn't do all that much for the overall sound.
Case: Padded gig bag included.
