Description
What makes this guitar special: The epitome of cowboy cool. “Built in the heart of Bavaria,” this German-made vintage beauty has plenty of fine accoutrements, in a nearly indestructible package. Quality built, with a great sound and wildly comfortable action, this guitar is an awesome addition to any player’s collection. Featuring a soft-V bolt on neck, it plays with almost electric guitar ease. And it comes professionally setup by one of Cream City Music’s in-house luthiers, so it’ll play great right out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent condition, with some surface and playwear scratches, and a few spots of weather checking. Half of the lettering in the headstock logo has worn away over time, but the outline of the missing portions is still visible.
Body: Laminated maple body with bound spruce top in retro orange finish. Rosewood mustache bridge secured by 4 bolts-an overkill design that looks cool, and keeps that bridge locked in tight. Western-style Framus pickguard and multi-ring black rosette with arched back. Lower bout width measures 14 3/4”, upper bout width measures 12 3/4", with a depth of 3 3/4".
Weight: 4lb, 11oz
Neck: Laminated bolt-on maple neck, with white side dots and pearl dot inlays. Rosewood fingerboard plays beautifully up and down the fretboard, with effortless action. Frets are in outstanding shape for their age and look almost new, save for some very minor wear in the first position. 1 5/8” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Case: Vintage chipboard case included.
