Description
What makes this guitar special: This L-50 is a lovely looking and sounding guitar from top to bottom. With a strong low end, warm midrange, and clear top end, this archtop has a fantastic tone with tons of volume and projection. Well maintained over the years, the guitar is in very good shape for its age, and outside of a few love marks and normal wear, tear, and aging, it is still structurally sound, and still plays great. Plus, it includes a professional setup from our in house tech, so all you need to do is tune it.
Condition: This archtop is in very good condition, especially considering its age. The instrument has been over-sprayed, and it does show various nicks, dings, scratches, and other forms of light wear, as well as a finish wear mark on the back of the neck, but is still in great condition for its age. It does have a few surface cracks in the top and back of the instrument, including one on the top near the tailpiece that does go through the wood, but these are stable and don’t display any signs of expansion. The frets show some light wear and still have a good amount of playing life left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.
