Description

What makes this guitar special: A well-built Japanese model with a full and resonant sound, in great condition for its age. This piece has a great fit and finish with a beautiful aesthetic-the multi-ring rosette balances nicely against the variegated rosewood fingerboard. It comes professionally setup by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play.

Cosmetic condition: Great shape for its age, with expected playwear throughout-various surface scratches throughout the body, as well as a couple small dents and some buckle rash. The neck was refretted with some taller frets at some point, and the fingerboard binding has shrunk slightly.

Body: Laminated back and sides with solid spruce top in natural finish with multi-ring, multi-color rosette, black binding, and ivoroid purfling. Step-up rosewood bridge is in great shape, with no lifting.

Weight: 3 lb, 10 oz

Neck: Wide D-shaped mahogany neck with pearl side dots. Neck has been refretted, and frets have a ton of life left in them. 2” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. 3-on-a-side tuners work perfectly. Neck is straight and while action is a little on the high side, there is plenty of room to work with on the saddle.

Case: Chipboard case included.
