What’s special about this guitar: This is a beautiful and great playing Wilson Bros Ventures Model VM-110 guitar! This guitar has a beautifully carved and bound top, vibrato tailpiece, dual Duncan Designed pickups and a super comfortable and slender neck. The soap bar pickups truly sound fantastic with plenty of jangle and output! This guitar has great looks, a beautiful tone and exceptional playability all at an affordable price!
Condition: Great shape overall! There are just a few very minor surface scratches throughout the guitar and a couple of minor finish cracks on the back. There is a slight color variation in the finish surrounding the finish cracks but this is very minor and not easily visible. The fingerboard and frets are in excellent shape with hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body with a bound and carved top in metallic red finish. Vibrato tailpiece and a six-saddle bridge with orignal trem arm. Dual skirted control knobs with silver inserts and a 3-ply aged white pickguard.
Neck: slender neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard. Small pearloid dot inlays, a zero-fret and a 1 5/8” nut. Bound headstock with nickel tuners and a 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Duncan Designed soap bar pickups in the neck and bridge. Master volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 10.01K Ohms.
Bridge: 6.70K Ohms.
Case: Includes the original hardshell case. The case is signed by Don Wilson and some case candy is included.
