Description

What makes this guitar special: This is a simple acoustic guitar with nice electric features. It features two different pickups: one magnetic, mounted in the 21st fret, and one piezo mounted underneath the saddle. Complete with its control plate, this configuration allows players to blend between the magnetic and piezo accordingly via its 3-way switch, or isolate whichever the player prefers. Its inherent acoustic qualities stem from a punchy and responsive mid-range and crisp, clean top end that provides excellent chime and clarity. The neck is easy to play and the body is pleasantly thin, providing great playability all-around. Besides its aesthetic blemishes, it’s still a solid player that sounds good and won’t break the bank.

Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. Outside of various minor dings, dents, scuffs, and light scratches, the poly finish on the back has shifted into a milky white with some green, showing what is likely some sun bleaching. It is still smooth and hasn’t shifted in shape or anything, just has that look to it now. There is also a small chip in the nut on the outside of the low E string, but is still stable and plays just fine. Outside of those factors, the guitar is still in great shape and still sounds and plays good as ever. The frets show very little wear and still have a ton of playing time left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Slim body with a Florentine-style cutaway, mahogany back and sides and a spruce top in Tobacco Sunburst finish. Multi-ply top binding and single-ply back binding. Oval sound hole with three ring rosette. Rosewood bridge with separated saddle and black bridge pins with pearloid dots.

Neck: Slim to medium depth C shape mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Sealed chrome tuning machines. 1 11/16” nut width. 25.5” scale.

Electronics: Neck-mounted magnetic pickup and a piezo under-saddle pickup. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way blend switch.

Weight: 4 lbs 14 oz

Playability/Sound: The C shape neck will be comfortable and familiar to a wide variety of players. The inherent acoustic qualities stem from a very punchy and responsive mid-range and extend up into a clear and articulate top end. The piezo and magnetic pickup are both pretty transparent, but the piezo tends to have a bit more dynamic to it.

Case: Includes hardshell case.
