What’s special about this bass: This is a gorgeous, great playing and phenomenal sounding bass. It features a 5-piece maple/purple heart neck-through-body, with gorgeous flame maple “wings” on the body. The overall craftsmanship is exceptional and the overall feel is super comfortable!
Condition: Great shape overall! There are various light surface scratches and a few tiny dings throughout the entire instrument. Overall it is very clean! Fingerboard and frets have light play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. There are a couple of very small chips; one on the edge of the fingerboard and one on the headstock that have been filled in with glue (see photos). All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured flame maple body with maple/purple heart neck through center. Top-load bridge with 5 individual saddles. 4 knurled control knobs and a black back cover plate.
Neck: Very nicely rounded maple/purple heart neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid dot inlays and a 1 ¾” nut. Sealed tuners, 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Active Tobias pickups in the neck and bridge with a master volume control, pickups blend control and bass and treble controls.
