Description
A real road warrior with plenty of scars to prove it. Despite its less than stellar appearance, the guitar still has quite a bit of mojo in it & performs well. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to continue its musical journey.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There are a few cracks in the top & one in the back of the body. All the cracks have been professionally glued & cleated.
Neck: Mahogany neck with nicely aged white binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Bound headstock with ebony veneer & Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 3/4" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, Grand Auditorium body with cutaway. Solid Engelmann spruce top with tortoise pickguard & abalone rosette. Ebony bridge with compensated saddle. Ebony bridge pins with abalone dot inlays. Solid Brazilian rosewood back & sides with gorgeous figuring throughout. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 4.2 oz.
Electronics: Fishman Prefix Onboard Blender preamp in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. One clasp is missing.
