What makes this guitar special? As one of the most gorgeously figured tone woods, Koa litters this guitar with all sorts of lush character. The thick streaks of grain have incredible variation of color and depth from molasses to a creamy gold. Outside of its appearance, this guitar also comes with the Expression System 2, which is not only fantastic-sounding and incredibly transparent, but is easy to fine tune and replace if issues ever arise. Simple appointments like white binding, a 3-ring white rosette, and small diamond inlays contrast the dark ebony fingerboard and bridge, giving this guitar a perfectly well-rounded aesthetic.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. Outside of very light surface scratches here and there, this guitar is incredibly clean. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Grand auditorium body with white-bound solid spruce top and koa back and sides. 3-ring rosette. Tortoiseshell pickguard. Ebony bridge with compensated saddle. Black bridge pins.
Neck: Sapele neck and ebony fingerboard with small diamond inlays. 1 11/16” nut width. Sealed chrome tuning machines.

Playability/Sound: The neck on this guitar feels like an electric on an acoustic body. It’s extremely easy to play and the satin finish allows effortless movement from the nut to the cutaway. The tone is composed of compressed lows, a sweet low-midrange, and buttery highs.
