Description
The Takamine EG10C is a value-packed acoustic, great for players seeking to get the most 'bang for their buck.' Featuring a solid cedar top and a solid sapele back, N4B electronics, and a timeless aesthetic, this dreadnought-style guitar is excellent for vetted musicians and new players alike.
Cosmetic Condition: The front of the body is in good shape with some minor dings and wear around the soundhole, and the back has some visible playwear as well. The neck and the fretboard are clean, and the hardware looks great.
Neck: We believe the neck to be made of sapele or mahogany, and it sports a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard, white side dots, and gold sealed tuners. The frets have a decent amount of wear in the first position, and the truss rod is fully operational. 25.5" scale length, 1.6875" nut width.
Body: Dreadnought body shape with a single cutaway, a solid cedar top, a solid sapele back, and layered sapele sides. It sports a rosewood bridge, a 5-ring rosette, and black/white binding. Weighs 4 lbs. 5.6 oz.
Electronics: This Takamine sports an NB4 preamp and an under-saddle pickup, allowing amplified performance. With a gain control and a 3-band EQ onboard, it has plenty of tones on tap. All electronics have been tested.
Case: Ships with the original Takamine hardshell case. It's beat up, but it has plenty of mojo!
