Description
Condition: This is a great sounding bass with smooth playability and excellent craftsmanship! There are various scratches throughout the finish with some heavy pick scratches on the top. No major nicks or dings. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear. Frets still have plenty of life left in them! The neck is nice and straight with very comfortable, low action and the truss rod functions fine. Two of the screws for the back cover plate are missing. The output jack has been replaced; otherwise all electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid neck-through-body with maple center, maple sides and a curved body in translucent red finish. Top-load bridge with four individual saddles and knurled control knobs.
Neck: Slender three-piece maple neck with some lovely flame figuring. Rosewood fingerboard with some nice variegation in the wood grain, pearloid dot inlays and a 1.5” metal nut. Sealed tuners, 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Active EMG pickups in the middle and bridge with pickup blend control, bridge volume control and treble and bass controls. The controls are designed so that only the bridge has a volume control and the neck can be mixed in.
