Description
What makes this guitar special: In true Steinberger fashion, this headless bass is about as strange as they come. The two single-coil pickups are punchy and up front, yet still have a good amount of warmth and low end response. Everything else is pretty simple, as it comes with a single volume and single tone control, plus an on/off switch for each pickup. They sound pretty great individually, but for some extra strange, you can flip them both on to quickly get a bit of phase cancellation. Other than that, it’s still in pretty decent shape with normal wear throughout.
Condition: This bass is in good condition overall. It does have various nicks, dings, dents, chips, scratches, finish chipping/wear, and other forms of normal wear, but is still in pretty good shape for a used instrument. Some of the pickup screws are in pretty rough shape. The frets show only light wear and still have a considerable amount of life left in them.
