Description
This is a beautiful used OLP MM-1 electric guitar. This is the officially licensed import version of the Ernie Ball Music Man Eddie Van Halen Axis guitar - which is now the EVH/Peavey Wolfgang model. Two OLP humbuckers give it a meaty tone without losing any clarity in the high-end. They sound great playing either rhythm or lead parts. The action is low, and the neck is fast. This instrument has become quite rare - don't hesitate on this awesome guitar!
Cosmetic Condition: There are a few small indentations on the top that you can only see if you look very closely; but nothing that breaks the finish. There is one minor chip at the back of the neck between the forth and fifth fret. There is some minor 'buckle rash' on the back of the body and some various dings and scratches. None of this affects the playability oncesoever. It has various little nicks, dings, scratches, etc., associated with typical playwear.
Neck: This guitar features a "C" profile bolt-on 1-piece maple neck and a maple fingerboard. The neck is straight, and the truss rod works perfectly.
Body: This guitar has a basswood body with a quilt maple laminate top, and cream colored bindings. This guitar weighs a fantastic 7 lbs. 6 oz.
Electronics: This guitar has two OLP Zebra Humbuckers, a master volume control and a 3-position toggle switch.
