Description
What makes this guitar special: Simple and fast. Tried and true. This Music Man is about as straightforward as you can get with an electric without removing the controls. The Seymour Duncan humbucker in the bridge is pretty hot and has great crisp bite with a touch of vintage jangle to round it out. There is one volume and one tone control, but that’s all you need. The pickup sounds good as is, so it doesn’t really really anything further. The body is pretty light at just over 7 lbs making it easily playable standing or sitting. It also sports a unique textured finish in White which is super easy to keep clean and looks slick to boot, especially contrasted by a black pickguard. Plus, it comes with a hardshell case and a professional setup so it plays great from the nut to the cutaway.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows very few signs of wear outside of a few minor dings, light surface scratches throughout and a small finish chip on the headstock, and is still in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The frets show only very light wear if any and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Double cutaway edge-rounded poplar body in textured White finish. Single-ply black pickguard. Black top hat control knobs. Fixed bridge with adjustable saddles.
Neck: Medium round C shape neck and rosewood fingerboard with small dot inlays. Sealed chrome tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut width. 25.5” scale. .84” deep at the 1st fret and .92” at the 12th.
Electronics: Seymour Duncan humbucker in the bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control.
Weight: 7 lbs 2.7 oz
Playability/Sound: The neck on this guitar plays as easy as any with its familiar C shape. The Seymour Duncan humbucker is decently hot and bright with great bite and a touch of vintage jangle to boot.
