What makes this guitar special: This is an exceptionally clean Martin D-28 in Sunburst and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to get a very high-end acoustic at a relatively low price. Its Sunburst finish and refined aesthetics will immediately catch your eye, but the true beauty of this guitar lies in its iconic sound. This is "the" Martin for a lot of folks, and for good reason. You would be hard-pressed to find a better-sounding dreadnought, thanks to the D-28's defined lows, crystalline highs, and rich midrange brought about by its Adirondack Spruce and East Indian Rosewood body.
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in excellent condition, with little to no wear aside from some minor surface scratches.
Neck: Select Hardwood neck with Modified "V" profile and 1 3/4" nut width. Abalone Dot fingerboard inlays.
Body: Adirondack Spruce top with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, with Grained Ivoroid binding. Ebony 1930 Style Belly bridge and glue-in Bone saddle. Multi-stripe rosette and faux tortoise pickguard.
