The JBM5 takes the classic jazz look of the popular JB5 & combines it with a multiscale fingerboard. The JBM5 is more than just another take on a classic design; it's been designed to offer superior balance, excellent tone & playability that just can't be beat. Features such as Hipshot Solo saddles, smooth contoured neck heel with 5-bolt neck, 22-fret neck with dual carbon-fiber reinforcement rods & JVA single-coil jazz pickups make it a true player's instrument, regardless of your playing style. The JBM5 is made in the USA & is loaded with features generally only found in boutique instruments. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition - very clean with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Maple neck with bird's eye maple fingerboard & Luminlay side-dots. Frets are clean with no wear. Flame maple headstock veneer & Kiesel diecast tuners. 1 3/4" nut width; 33 1/2" - 35 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body with flame maple top finished in trans purple burst finish. Hipshot Solo string-thru or top-load bridge. 3-ply black pickguard & black hardware. Bass weighs 10 lbs 2.9 oz.
Electronics: JVA single coil pickups with 18-volt electronics. Master Volume, Pickup Blend, Push-Pull Active/Passive Tone Control, Stacked Concentric Bass/Treble Frequency Cut Or Boost. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original Kiesel deluxe padded gig bag included.
