What makes this guitar special: This is a very comfortable and easy-playing bass with great tone and even better control. The pickups and electronics are the true highlight of this bass, as the CAP pickups sound great even with the EQ dead center. They have a ton of mid-range character that helps it to stand up front without being too demanding. With the addition of the active EQ, you can get everything from dark low end thump to bright and crisp pop, all with the traditional genuine jazzy tone fretless basses are known for. The satin finish neck plays absolutely great from the nut to the cutaway with very little friction and a shape and size most players should find a breeze to move around. In addition, it comes in a classy Brown Burst finish and is very clean to boot, making it a great all-around package for a fretless bass.
Condition: This bass is in very good condition overall, if not better. It shows only small dings, dents, and light surface scratches here and there, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used instrument. The fingerboard is in fantastic shape as well. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should. The case is in decent condition but the board where the bottom strap button hits is cracked and the top doesn’t not hold open.
Body: Double cutaway contoured maple body in Brown Burst finish. Accu-cast B120 bridge with adjustable saddles. Black chrome knurled dome control knobs.
Neck: Slim C shape, satin finish, 5-piece maple and rosewood neck and rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Black chrome sealed tuning machines. 1 7/16” nut width. 34” scale length.
Electronics: CAP EXF-N2 active pickups. EQB-IIID 3-band EQ with 1 x treble, 1 x mid, 1 x bass control. 1 x master volume, 1 x blend/balance.

Playability/Sound: The satin finish and slim neck on this bass plays beautifully from the nut all the way up into the cutaway with very little friction and an easy, comfortable shape. The pickups have great tone inherently, with a solid mid-range centered response, but with the addition of the active EQ, it can be dialed in to get just about any tone desired.
