The Ibanez Herman Li Signature EGEN18TVF Electric Guitar sounds as wicked as it looks. The guitar has a mahogany body with a flamed maple top and a 5-piece maple/walnut EGEN neck. The Edge-Zero bridge has a stronger arm action he prefers. Gold tuners and hardware highlight a stunning transparent violet flat finish. Distinctive features include a special hand grip on the top horn, a scalloped lower horn for increased upper fret travel, and a low profile middle pickup that allows unobstructed picking. Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with some mild play wear - various surface scratches, but really nice shape overall.
Neck: 5-piece maple/walnut EGEN Prestige neck with white side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval inlays. The fingerboard is scalloped between the 21st & 24th frets. Jumbo frets in great shape with hardly any wear. Gotoh tuners & locking nut. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with flamed maple top finished in Trans Violet Flat. Scalloped lower horn for increased upper fret travel & special scalloped hand grip on the top horn. Edge Zero tremolo bridge with adjustable locking sadles & gold hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 1.5 oz.
Electronics: DiMarzio HLM Herman Li signature pickups with low profile middle pickup for un-obstructed picking. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Volume knob is push/pull for coil tapping. 5-way pickup selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
