What makes this guitar special? This is a great semi-hollow body bass with a lot of character and distinct tone. Outside of having a pleasant acoustic resonance, this bass comes loaded with a single gold foil pickup in the neck. It has a lot of classic hollow body tone with a bit of woody character and medium sustain, yet has a good amount of up front and punchy response that can easily fit into a variety of modern applications. The Sunburst finish is ultimately classic and looks fantastic over beautiful, straight-figured flame maple on its top, back, and sides. The neck is comfortable and familiar, the controls are simple, and all in all, this is a very clean bass.
Condition: This bass is in very good condition overall. It does possess small dings, dents, nicks, and scratches, as well as a small area of finish wear/blemish on the back, but otherwise is in great shape and still looks fantastic. The frets show only very light wear and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions.
Body: Single cutaway double bound semi-hollow body with laminate construction and flame maple top, back, and sides in Sunburst finish. Height-adjustable rosewood bridge and fixed tailpiece w/ chrome cover. 3-ply white pickguard and rosewood finger rest. White plastic switch and cupcake control knobs.
Neck: Medium depth C shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays. Chrome sealed tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut. 30” scale.
Electronics: Single gold foil pickup in the neck. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. Hi-pass switch.

Playability/Sound: The neck on this bass is easy and comfortable. Simple as that. The gold foil pickup has a lot of classic character that is complemented by its semi-hollow body construction, yielding a woody character with medium sustain, yet has a good amount of up front punch for lots of modern applications.
