Description
The D-20E is a dreadnought acoustic guitar built with solid mahogany top, back, and sides. First introduced to the Guild line in 1968, this model features a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, bone nut and saddle, and an extremely light satin finish that allows the guitar to truly sing. The modest appointments include a vintage style rosette and Guild's peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused - various little nicks, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish wear.
Neck: C-shape mahogany neck with 12" radius rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Guild Deluxe Vintage open gear tuners with cream oval buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 5/8" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany top, back & sides finished in Vintage Sunburst. Rosewood bridge with compensated bone saddle & cream end pins. Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 6.7 oz.
Electronics: LR Baggs active pickup with soundhole-mounted volume & tone controls.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with original paperwork.
