A discontinued model featuring a stunning flame maple body under a Burgundy stain finish. A silky smooth playing guitar loaded with a SuperTron neck humbucker & "blacktop" FilterTron bridge humbucker. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: We actually sold this guitar brand new back in 2005 to the same customer from whom we just recently acquired it. He kept the guitar in immaculate condition over the years & it's still very clean with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Maple neck with white binding & red side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl "thumbnail" inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Bound headstock with Grover Imperial tuners & 1959 Nashville Classic gold plaque. 1 3/4" nut width with zero fret; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Single cutaway, chambered maple body with simulated F-holes & lots of gorgeous flame figuring. 3-ply binding on the top & back & gold hardware. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with wire arm & Rocking Bar bridge on an ebony base. Gold plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 9.7 oz.
Electronics: SuperTron neck humbucker & FilterTron "blacktop" bridge humbucker with gold bezels. Master volume & tone controls along volume control for the bridge pickup. 3-way pickup toggle switch & "G" Arrow knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & paperwork.
