The SG Fusion was designed around the Gibson standards of quality and innovation for Gibson USA's new S Series, bringing unprecedented value in an American-made guitar. It is made in USA, with American craftsmanship that is second to none, giving superior quality, tone and playability, and featuring a solid mahogany body in the style of the original legendary SG of the '60s. It features a nitrocellulose finish, with Gibson's new nitro light gloss for the body and a nitro satin finish for the neck. It has a set neck, which is made of one piece of solid maple, with a slim-taper profile, topped with a genuine one-piece rosewood fingerboard. The body is crafted from solid mahogany for classic Gibson tones, and the guitar is loaded with completely new, modern, made-in-USA, Double Slugs Rhythm DS-C and Lead DS-C+ humbuckers for the absolute best value out there and amazing quality, tone and playability.
Cosmetic Condition: Very clean overall with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Slim Taper mahogany neck with white side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. 24 medium frets in great shape with no wear. Diecast tuners with mini buttons. 1.695" nut width; 24.75" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body finished in Ebony. Adjustable wraparound bridge with chrome hardware & 3-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 2.2 oz.
Electronics: Made in USA double slugs DS-C Rhythm (neck) & DS-C+ Lead (bridge) with 3-way toggle switch. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original Gibson padded gig bag included.
