What makes this guitar special? This artist model Lzzy Hale Explorer has a ton of tone, character, and style. The gold and white aesthetic is rivaled by few others, especially on this model, decked to the teeth in attention-grabbing metallics. The ’57 Classics sound fantastic in this guitar and output a full dose of thick and rich humbucker tone in the neck and bring a bit of extra heat and sparkle in the bridge. The 7-ply binding provide an excellent frame to reiterate the undoubtedly awesome look of this super clean Alpine White Explorer.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It does possess a few light surface scratches throughout the body and neck from being played, as well as a few small dings here and there, but otherwise is very clean and looks fantastic. The frets show only light, if any, wear and still have a full lifetime left in them. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions as it should.
Body: Mahogany body with 7-ply top binding in Alpine White. Gold tune-o-matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. Gold speed knobs. Gold pickguard and pickup rings.
Neck: .800-.850 profile mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with acrylic block inlays. 1.695” Tektoid nut. Gold locking MINI Grover tuning machines with pearloid buttons.
Electronics: ’57 Classic humbucker in the neck and ’57 Classic Plus humbucker in the bridge. 2 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: The thin neck on this guitar is very easy to move around and provides a ton of real estate for posting up when soloing. The ’57 Classics sound fantastic in both the neck and bridge positions and have nice chunky response across the board.
