Description
This Gibson Les Paul Special is a big bang for not a lot of buck. This example is a fairly lightweight and resonant guitar with a very quick neck and low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Light wear across body with a few dents and scratches across the body. Plastic shows scratches from use. Chrome parts show minimal signs of use and tarnish.
Neck: Mahogany neck with white side-dot markers, a nut width of 1 11/16", and a scale length of 24.75". Rosewood fretbaord with pearloid dot inlays and 22 frets that show no play wear and have plenty of life left. Gibson Deluxe tuners and white plastic buttons. Neck is straight and truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid mahogany body finished in an Ebony stain with a chrome compensated wraparound tailpiece, a 5-ply black pickgaurd, and black pickup rings. Guitar weighs 7 lbs. 10 oz.
Electronics: Uncovered humbuckers with two volume and two tone pots and black top hat knobs. All electronics work perfectly.
