These LP Specials have been steadily climbing in price & it's easy to see why - awesome player with dynamite tone & a familiar, comfy feel. The double P-90's sound fantastic & deliver classic Gibson tone. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds amazing!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall & really clean for the most part. Looks as though there was just a little bit of finish touch up done on either side of the headstock just above the nut; probably caused from hanging in an abrasive guitar stand. It's hardly noticable & aside from that the guitar is in great shape with various surface scratches here & there.
Neck: Slim taper mahogany neck with white side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, solid mahogany body. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge. Single-ply black plexi pickguard & chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 6.1 oz.
Electronics: Dual P-90 single coils with black "soap bar" covers. Bridge - 7.78K ohms; Neck - 7.61K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Upgraded with a nice Gibson hardshell case also in great shape!
