This gorgeous Hummingbird dreadnought was Custom Built in Gibson's Montana factory & features a stunning flamed Koa back! Other luxurious appointments include lots of abalone inlay throughout & deluxe engravings on the tuner buttons. A magnificent guitar with a deep, rich voice that sounds so comforting every time its strummed. Fully inspected & professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Superb condition - very clean & well-cared for with only some light surface scratches & mild weather checking.
Neck: Mahogany neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with highly intricate abalone inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl hummingbird inlays. Grover Rotomatic tuners with deluxe engraved buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Double-bound, square shoulder dreadnought in natural high-gloss finish. Solid spruce top with abalone purfling & rosette. Tortoise pickguard with deluxe mother of pearl & abalone hummingbird/floral motif. Ebony bridge with mother of pearl hummingbird & dot inlays. Solid koa back & sides with lots of gorgeous flame figuring in the back. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 5 lbs 1.5 oz.
