The SG's devilish points and curves, blistering humbucker tone and fast-playing neck help to make it one of the most coveted and revered 1960s Gibson models. This Custom Shop Historic Reissue SG continues the legendary magic of the originals with all solid woods, historic hide-glue construction methods, the finest vintage replica parts and materials available and the instantly-recognizable, powerful tone of pure rock 'n roll.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with only some mild play wear - various minor dents & dings; surface scratches & a tiny bit of finish wear on the bottom of the body.
Neck: 60s Slim Taper mahogany neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots on both sides of the neck. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Medium-Jumbo frets are clean with no wear. Kluson Deluxe tuners with double-ring Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with nitrocellulose Cherry finish. Lightweight aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with nickel hardware. 5-ply small black pickguard & aluminum strap buttons. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 0.8 oz.
Electronics: Gibson Custombuckers with black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. 3-way toggle & "bumble bee" capacitors. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & hang tags.
