Description
This Mexican-made Fender Stratocaster is a versatile axe with a unique aesthetic, making it great for players who want that classic Fender sound but want something with a more exciting look. Featuring a purple satin polyester finish, a vintage-style synchronized tremolo, and a modern "C" neck profile, this guitar looks, sounds, and plays great.
Cosmetic Condition: This Strat is in excellent shape for being nearly two decades old. There's only minor playwear - no major dings or scratches - and the hardware looks bright and shiny.
Neck: Bolt-on maple neck with 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays, and standard cast/sealed tuners. The truss rod is fully functional, and the frets have plenty of life left. The neck bows slightly in the upper register on the treble side, but it is straight otherwise. 1.65" nut width; 25.5" scale length. Neck measures 0.84" thick at the 1st fret and 0.89" thick at the 12th.
Body: Solid alder body with a vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge. It features a 3-ply black/white/black pickguard and a sleek purple satin finish. Weighs 7 lbs. 14.6 oz.
Electronics: A trio of single-coil pickups give this guitar a chiming voice with tight lows and bright highs. Equipped with a master volume, dual tone controls, and a 5-way pickup selector, this guitar has plenty of sounds on tap. All electronics are fully functional.
