Description

What makes this guitar special? Designed by one of the beating hearts of the 1970s punk rock scene, the Ron Emory Loyalty Slope Shoulder Dreadnought is a pretty fantastic acoustic for the price. Appointed with classic style in its herringbone binding, tortoiseshell pickguard, and Vintage Sunburst finish, this guitar speaks as loudly in aesthetic as it does in voice. It has great projection, which is further complimented by the Fishman Isys III electronics system, so you can step it up even further. To top it all off, this is a super clean acoustic for being used, and you likely won’t find a nicer guitar for the tag we’re putting on it, so don’t wait.

Condition: This Ron Emory Loyalty Slope Shoulder Dreadnought is in excellent condition. It does have a few light surface scratches throughout the body and neck, but overall is very clean and plays great. It still has the original pickguard plastic and sticker. The neck is straight and truss rod functions perfectly as it should.

Body: Laminated mahogany or ash slope shoulder dreadnought body in Vintage Sunburst finish. Rosewood-based vintage-style Fender Viking bridge w/ compensated GraphTech Nubone saddle. Black bridge pins with white dots. Tortoiseshell pickguard. Herringbone binding and rosette.

Neck: Mahogany or maple neck with soft V profile. Rosewood fingerboard with vintage-style frets, herringbone binding, and 11.81” radius. 1.625” width GraphTech NuBone nut. White diamond-shaped inlays with Royalty inlay in the 11th and 12th frets. Vintage-style tuning machines with aged white buttons.

Electronics: Fishman Isys III System w/ active on-board preamp and tuner.

Weight: 4 lbs 10.5 oz

Playability/Sound: Overall, this guitar has a decent range and great projection. It has a unique voice compared to traditional dreadnoughts. The soft V profile is surprisingly comfortable and is easy to move on up and down the neck.

Case: No case included.
