Description
With a look of tenure & playability that feels like a broken-in favorite, this Road Worn 50s Strat has as much character in appearance as it does in tone. Loaded with three Tex-Mex single coils that take the standard set & give them a bit of a twist, with a warmer neck response, a more crisp bridge & some added output to boot. The soft V-shape neck plays easier than most thanks to its road worn finish with less friction than gloss finishes. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Intentionally "aged" at the factory to give it that well-worn, "vintage" look - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear.
Neck: Soft V-shaped maple neck with 7.25" fingerboard radius & black dot inlays. Frets show a tiny bit of wear & have tons of life in them. Small headstock with "spaghetti" logo & single string tree. Vintage-style tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Two-Tone Sunburst. Vintage-style tremolo bridge with bent saddles & original trem arm included. Single-ply aged white pickguard & trem cover. Nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 6 oz.
Electronics: Three Tex-Mex single coils with staggered poles & aged white covers. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: There is no case.
