Description
Condition: This guitar is very clean overall and plays great! There is one large chip on the back near the battery compartment and some light surface scratches throughout the finish. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very straight and the truss rod functions fine. There is a slight gap on the bass side of the neck heel but this is how the neck naturally aligns with the body and this does not affect playability or sound. There is some light blemishing on some of the metal parts, mostly just the strap buttons. The battery clip has been replaced and all electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid body in white finish. Modern-style Powerbridge with six individual saddles. Metal control panel with knurled control knobs and a 4-ply tortoise pickguard.
Neck: “C” shaped maple neck with skunk stripe down the back. Rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Vintage-style tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with stacked concentric master volume and tone controls for the magnetic pickups and an active Fishman Powerbridge piezo pickup system with a master volume control.
Weight: 7lbs, 14.5oz.
Playability/Sound: This particular Tele has a great transfer of vibration and sound through the neck and body. The piezo pickups allow the player to dial in a very acoustic sound if desired. The slender neck is very comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
