A superb player with a silky smooth neck & a trio of single coils that produce clear, bell-like tones that ring for days. The classic sunburst finish looks marvelous over the alder body & the beautiful bird's eye figuring in the neck only enhances its appeal. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, dents & dings along with surface scratches, but overall the guitar looks really nice.
Neck: V-shaped flame maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Fender locking tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body in 3-tone sunburst finish. Two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & trem arm included. 3-ply white pickguard & single-ply trem cover. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 10.5 oz.
Electronics: Fender Custom Shop single coils with staggered poles. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Fender tweed hardshell case included. The original COA was missing when we acquired the guitar, so we contacted Fender Custom Shop & obtained a replacement certificate.
