Description

What makes this guitar special? This is a simple Tele with a distinct look and great tone. The pickups in this guitar aren’t only a good combination tonally, but also provide a good range between them. The soapbar in the neck is warm and smooth with a subtle chime, the bridge is hot and bright with a crisp and twangy response, and the middle position blends the two beautifully. The overall look is simple with a subtle carved top, single-ply binding, and matching headstock, all topped off with chrome hardware. The neck plays as well as any and the action is great, making this unique Tele a well-rounded package.

Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does have various dings, dents, nicks, chips, scuffs, and scratches, but is still pretty clean for its age and still looks and plays great. The frets show only light wear and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.

Body: Single-cutaway body with single-ply bound carved top in Black. Bent plate through-body bridge with deluxe-style adjustable saddles. Chrome knurled control knobs.

Neck: Medium depth C shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Finish-matching headstock. Vintage-style tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut width. 25.5” scale.

Electronics: Soapbar pickup in the neck and standard single-coil pickup in the bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone control. 3-way pickup selector.

Weight: 7 lbs 3.7 oz

Playability/Sound: The C shape neck is easy, comfortable, and familiar. The soapbar in the neck is warm and smooth with a good amount of chime and the single-coil in the bridge is a bit hotter with a crispy and bright response.

Case: Includes gigbag.
