One of the best Jazz Basses built in the modern era, the Aerodyne series was a very forward-thinking version of the classic Jazz Bass. It gives you the best of both worlds with the PJ pickup layout and the easy to maneuver Jazz Bass neck profile.
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of dings and scratches, clearly someone's main instrument at one point.
Neck: Slim C maple neck with a hint of flame figuring. Rosewood fingerboard with no inlays. Frets are clean with some light wear. Open-gear "clover" tuners with round string tree. 1 1/2" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid basswood body finished in black with white binding. Chrome top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles. Bass weighs 8lbs 7.6oz.
Electronics: Jazz Bass bridge and Precision Bass neck single coils with black covers. Dual volume and master tone controls with aeroknobs knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
