What makes this guitar special: Bonamassa’s fifth custom Epiphone signature model and honors one of his most cherished vintage guitars, the rare “Amos” Flying V, one of the first of only 91 Flying Vs produced in 1958. Featuring Epiphone ProBuckerTM pickups, CTSTM electronics, a LockTone ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge, and a 50s style Flying-V case along with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity.
Cosmetic Condition: Marvelous condition - very clean & like new. The tailpiece & pickguard still have the plastic wrap over them.
Neck: Chunky Korina neck with 12" radius Paul Ferro fingerboard & white dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Epiphone Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: V-shaped Korina body. String-Thru Body 1958 "V" metal plate mounted with original-style Escutcheon nails. LockTone ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with gold hardware. 4-ply black pickguard & white jackplate. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 0.6 oz.
Electronics: “PAF” style ProBucker Humbuckers with black bezels & gold covers. Dual volume & master tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & Epiphone paperwork.
