Description
Condition: This guitar is in excellent shape overall! There are only a few light surface scratches throughout the finish. There is some extremely light hazing on the back likely due to moisture but this is very minor and only visible upon close-up inspection. Fingerboard and frets are in great shape with hardly any play wear. The neck is nice and straight with comfortable, low action and the truss rod functions fine. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Double-bound, semi hollow body with flame maple top and maple back and sides in a vintage sunburst finish. The top flame figuring looks exquisite and really gives this guitar a classy vibe! Gold Stopbar Tailpiece, LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, skirted control knobs, dual F-holes and a 3-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Slender maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Gold Grover tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Epiphone humbuckers in the neck and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 8.36K Ohms.
Bridge: 13.15K Ohms.

Playability/Sound: This is a fantastic example of the Epiphone Dot. This custom version offers a beautiful aesthetic with the flame maple top and gold hardware throughout. The guitar sounds just as good as it looks. The humbuckers provide a bold sound with plenty of output and the semi-hollow body allows the notes to open up for a full, resonant sound. The slender neck is exceptionally comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
