What makes this guitar special? This guitar has a lot of throwback charm but a build that caters to modern playability. The neck is a common and familiar C shape, making it a flawless transition for many modern players. The pickups sound fantastic across the board, and with the addition of coil-split and phase control push/pull pots, as well as the standard 2x2 volume and tone controls, provide a wide range of electric tones from warm and full humbuckers to the classic jangle of single-coils. The Purple Sparkle finish adds a bit of flair to a guitar with a simple yet defined overall aesthetic.
Condition: This guitar is in very good condition overall. It does possess various scratches and dings throughout the neck and body, but largely remains clean and still looks fantastic. The frets show only light wear and still have a ton of life left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.
Body: Double cutaway masonite and laminate body in Purple Sparkle finish. Chrome fixed bridge with individually adjustable saddles. Cream knobs. Chrome switch.
Neck: Medium round C shape neck and rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays. Sealed chrome tuning machines. 1 5/8” nut.
Electronics: Dual paired lipstick pickups. 2 x volume controls, 2 x push/pull tone controls for coil-splitting and phase reverse. 3-way pickup selector.
