What’s special about this bass: This is an exceptionally versatile, well-made and great playing bass that looks stunning! Features include a quilt maple top, super comfortable neck with neck-through-body construction and a great sounding versatile set of pickups and electronics that allow the player to tailor their sound to suit any music or playing style.
Condition: Great shape overall. There are a few light surface scratches and some small dings throughout the instrument. Overall the bass is very clean! Fingerboard and frets have only light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable with great action up and down the fingerboard and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body with neck-through-body construction and a quilt maple to. Custom finish with umber center gradually transitioning to cherry burst edges. String-through-body design with five individual piezo saddles, knurled control knobs and a selector switch.
Neck: 5-piece maple/walnut neck with neck-through-body construction. Ebony fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays and a 1 6/8” nut. Sealed Carvin tuners, 35 ¼” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Active 18-volt pickups and electronics with a single coil pickup in the neck, a humbucker in the bridge and piezo saddles. Controls include push/pull master volume for turning the piezos on or off, pickup blend control for the single-coil and humbucker, pickup blend for piezo, humbucker and single coil, 3-band EQ and a 2-way toggle switch for coil splitting.
Case: Includes the original tweed hardshell case.
