Description
Condition: This is a well-made, great playing guitar with tons of versatility! There are various light surface scratches and some tiny dings throughout the entire instrument. There is a very light “pitting” in the finish on top, but this is barely noticeable. Fingerboard and frets are in excellent shape with hardly any play wear. The neck is very straight and the truss rod functions fine. The truss rod cover is missing and the screw for the trem arm is unoriginal but works fine. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body with flame maple top, rounded edges, double cutaway and a neck-through-body design. Fishman vibrato bridge with piezo pickup saddles and a trem arm. Knurled control knobs, mini selector switches, main selector switch and black back cover plates.
Neck: Slender Hardrock maple neck with neck-through-body design. Back of neck has a natural finish with the green burst finish ending at the neck heel. Ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Locking Sperzel tuners, 25” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Carvin C22J and C22B humbuckers in the neck and bridge and Fishman piezo saddles. Master volume control, pickup blend control and dual cut/boost EQ controls. 3-way pickup selector, 2 dual/single coil switches and a phase switch.
Weight: 8lbs, 2.0oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a highly versatile guitar thanks to the combination of the humbuckers and piezo pickups. The pickups can be blended and the EQ dialed in for a nicely tailored sound. The slender neck is extremely comfortable and the neck-through design really adds some nice natural resonance and sustain.
Case: Includes unoriginal tweed hardshell case.
