Description

What makes this guitar special: Built with fantastic cuts of tone woods, this Blueridge boasts Brazilian rosewood back and sides at nearly a quarter of the cost other, more well-established brands ask. It has great tone from top to bottom, starting with a powerful low end that never seems to get muddy or overwhelming, regardless of how much you put into it. The lower end of the midrange has quite a bit of punch that smoothes out as it works up into the crisp chime of the highs. The neck is nice and slim and plays with very little effort while maintaining a classic and comfortable overall feel. Aesthetically, it shows a less traditional bold tortoise pickguard and herringbone purfling to give the top some flair outside of the warm color of its finish. The cuts of Brazilian rosewood used for the back and sides look fantastic, rounding out its visual appeal with some serious tonal advantages to boot. Plus, it comes with a hardshell case and a pro setup so all you have to do is pull it out of the case and tune it up.

Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. It shows only minor nicks, dings, dents, and light scratches, as well as a finish bubble near the back strap button, but is otherwise in fantastic shape for a used guitar. The frets show only light wear and still have a considerable amount of playing left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod functions as it should.

Body: Double-bound dreadnought body with solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides and a solid spruce top in Natural finish. Two-ring rosette. Bold tortoise pickguard. Ebony bridge with uncompensated bone saddle and ebony bridge pins with dots. Herringbone purfling.

Neck: Slim C shape mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with abalone flake and split diamond inlays. Vintage-style nickel tuning machines. 1 11/16” bone nut. 25.5” nut width. .79” deep at the 1st fret.

Weight: 5 lbs 0.7 oz

Playability/Sound: The slim neck on this guitar plays fantastic and is very easily to move around. Its overall tonal response stems for a robust and powerful low end that never seems to get muddy and maintains clarity throughout its slightly scooped yet warm midrange and into the crisp chime of the highs.

Case: Includes hardshell case.
